Usage
Use this skill before enabling or editing scheduled automations. It does not install or enable cron jobs. Run `python3 scripts/cron_manager.py --crontab crontab.txt --json` or `--self-test`. Treat dangerous commands and missing rollback/logging as QA blockers.
Parameters
→ `--json`: emit machine-readable JSON where supported.
→ `--self-test`: run bundled smoke checks without external services.

Guardrails
