Cross-Agent Skill Portability Pack 20260830 v1.0
What It Does
Cross-Agent Skill Portability Pack helps teams assess whether a skill has enough evidence to move cleanly between agent stacks. It checks redacted local notes for source manifests, target agent mapping, tool mappings, prompt adaptation, path portability, test results, rollback coverage, and handoff ownership.
The skill is offline, deterministic, and read-only. It produces an advisory readiness report without contacting live systems or changing files.
Use Cases
- Platform teams preparing skills for reuse across Codex, OpenClaw, or other agent runtimes.
- Governance leads who need portable evidence before approving an agent-stack migration.
- Operators who want to find missing portability controls before Viper QA or release handoff.
Requirements
- Python 3 with standard library only.
- No API keys, network access, billing credentials, or live system permissions required.
- OpenClaw workspace with the skill installed and redacted non-sensitive evidence notes.
Example Usage
python3 scripts/cross_agent_skill_portability_pack.py --notes path/to/redacted-portability-notes.txt --json
Expected output is JSON showing status, coverage against the portability checklist, evidence found, risks, recommendations, and mutated_files: [].
