What it does
Enterprise Agent Policy Pack is a governance-readiness reviewer for enterprise agent deployments. It performs a structured local review of your policy documentation against nine enterprise control domains — identity, managed config, sandboxing, permissions, audit logging, retention, incident response, secrets management, and human oversight — then scores readiness and highlights the specific gaps that will block procurement, regulated rollout, or enterprise sign-off.
It's local-only, dependency-free, and designed for practical pre-sales and internal governance work. No data leaves your system.
Use cases
- Pre-sales governance review before enterprise procurement conversations.
- Internal readiness check before regulated or compliance-gated AI rollouts.
- Identify missing policy controls before an enterprise security audit.
- Gap analysis for SOC2, ISO 27001, or sector-specific AI governance frameworks.
- Prepare evidence packs for enterprise AI policy sign-off.
Example usage
python3 scripts/enterprise_policy_review.py --target ./policy-docs --regulated --json
Requirements
- OpenClaw v2026.x or later
- No external API keys required
- Python 3 standard library only — no pip installs
- Works with any OpenRouter-supported or local model
