Grok Build Migration Bridge Pilot
Purpose
Create a safe, local-only migration readiness report for teams moving an OpenClaw-style project into Grok Build or another ACP-compatible agent harness.
The skill inspects a repository for portable agent artifacts such as `AGENTS.md`, local skills, MCP configuration clues, subagent/headless runbook hints, and approval/rollback guidance. It does not call Grok, OpenClaw, MCP servers, networks, package managers, or production systems.
When to use
Use this before attempting a cross-harness migration when you need to know:
→ whether existing OpenClaw guidance is discoverable by Grok Build;
→ which artifacts should be copied or rewritten;
→ whether MCP/tooling assumptions need a compatibility review;
→ whether approvals, rollback notes, and test commands are documented enough for a safe pilot.
Inputs
→ A local repository path.
→ Optional `--json` for machine-readable output.
Output
A deterministic report containing:
→ `verdict`: READY, REVIEW, or BLOCKED;
→ `score`: 0-100 readiness score;
→ detected portability assets;
→ migration gaps;
→ a practical next-step checklist.
Safety model
→ Read-only filesystem inspection.
→ Standard library only.
→ No shell execution, subprocesses, network calls, credential access, config mutation, deploys, cron edits, or production writes.
→ File content reads are limited to small text files and ignore binary/large files.
Example
```bash
python3 scripts/grok_build_migration_bridge.py --repo /path/to/repo --json
python3 scripts/grok_build_migration_bridge.py --self-test --json
```
Promotion notes
If approved, copy this complete folder into `/root/skill-warehouse/grok-build-migration-bridge-pilot` or rename to the production slug chosen by Jarvis/Iceman. Then rerun py_compile, help, self-test, fixture smoke, official security audit, and normal Viper/Warlock gates before any release claim.
