Grok Skills Migration Bridge
Use when
Use when auditing a Grok Skills or Grok Build workflow for conversion into OpenClaw/Hermes skills, ACP sessions, hooks, or reusable SOP packages.
Workflow
1. Point the script at a project folder or exported workflow notes.
2. Run `python3 scripts/plan_grok_migration.py --target <path> --json`.
3. Use the generated migration stages to split persistent rules, scripts, references, and governance gates.
4. Do not claim compatibility until Viper verifies scripts and handoff evidence.
Parameters
→ `--target`: folder/file containing Grok workflow assets or notes.
→ `--json`: emit machine-readable output.
→ `--self-test`: run built-in fixture tests.
Output
Returns migration readiness, mapped assets, missing governance items, and next actions.
