Description
Diagnose common OpenClaw setup mistakes across environment, memory files, model configuration, and workspace structure so new installs can get to first success faster.
Usage
Run the main script directly:
```bash
python3 scripts/openclaw_setup_doctor.py --workspace /path/to/workspace
```
Parameters
→ `--workspace`: Path to the OpenClaw workspace to inspect.
→ `--json`: Output the diagnostic report as JSON.
→ `--fail-on-errors`: Exit with status 2 if any ERROR checks are present.
→ `--expect-memory`: Require MEMORY.md and USER.md to exist.
Output
Prints a setup-readiness report with failing checks, warnings, and the next fixes to apply.
