What It Does
Assesses upgrade risk before applying OpenClaw or plugin point releases. Classifies workspace notes and log text for known failure patterns (WhatsApp bridge, cron jobs, plugin dependency loops, gateway instability, missing restore points) and returns a SAFE / WARN / BLOCKED verdict.
Designed for the documented pattern where OpenClaw point releases have broken WhatsApp bridges and cron workflows in the field.
