GetAgentIQ sells digital skill packs ("Products") designed for use with OpenClaw and compatible AI agent frameworks. Our Products include:
All Products are digital in nature and delivered electronically upon successful payment.
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you submit is accurate.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased Product(s) via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery, though most orders are fulfilled within 1 hour.

Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds once a Product has been delivered, except in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to hello@getagentiq.ai with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Some of our Products include tools relating to financial markets, cryptocurrency, portfolio tracking, and investment analysis. These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in our Products constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not make any financial or investment decision based solely on output generated by our Products.
Cryptocurrency and financial markets carry significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. GetAgentIQ and XSM Consulting Ltd accept no liability for any financial loss arising from use of our Products.
Our Products are designed for use with OpenClaw and compatible AI agent frameworks. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the technical requirements to use the Products. We do not guarantee compatibility with all versions of OpenClaw or third-party platforms.
You agree not to use our Products for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that:
We reserve the right to terminate your licence without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use terms.
Our Products may reference, integrate with, or require third-party services (including Bright Data, X API, OpenClaw, Financial Modeling Prep, and others). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of any third-party service.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Products at any time. Where we make material updates to a Product you have purchased, we will endeavour to notify you and provide access to the updated version at no additional charge within the same version series.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our Products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify customers by email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
